I'm looking for anything from foundations, primer, setting spray or just any product that has worked good for any of you.

Foundations so far that have worked for me is MUFE mat velvet, KVD lock it tattoo, and hourglass veil fluid makeup.
primers I've been having a hard time with, my skin is sensitive to them I believe but the ones that seem to do well is the hourglass veil mineral primer and the body shop instablur.
setting spray hands down is the urban decay deslick.
I've been using the Laura Mercier setting powder and that has worked really well also.
my face is so oily and I've been battling it for years, these products have worked really well for me.

Paula's Choice CLEAR liquid sunscreen is amazing, it doesn't get greasy, feels like you're not wearing anything and wears beautifully under makeup, and Urban Decay's foundation would be my holy grail, formula-wise, if they had a shade pale enough for me. A lot of days I don't even need to set it.

I use Nyx photo loving primer. It works really well for me. I also use Maybelline BB cream instead of foundation. And physicians formula setting powder is amazing! It soaks up any oil and also gives you a little extra coverage.
One thing that had truly worked for my oil control is Johnson's baby shampoo. I have oily, acne prone skin, and when I started using baby shampoo my face cleared up and I didn't have a problem with oily skin anymore.

Baby shampoo was awful for my skin, that's what I used when I was younger, before I got into skin care. What really helped for me was to stop using skin care products marketed for oily skin or acne, as they're always so harsh. Stopped using products with alcohol or scrubs and switched to a cleanser that doesn't strip my skin and has anti-irritants, it made a huge difference. But everyone is different. Tyler, do you know if that powder has a colorless version? I'm looking for a good powder but any hint of skin tone looks orange on me >.<

I really want to try the kvd foundation since I wasn't all too impressed by the Estée Lauder double-wear😕

Might have to give baby shampoo a try! Thanks Margu.

Yes, the powder comes in translucent as well.
And sorry, Margu, that you had a bad experience using baby shampoo. It worked really well for my skin, and it also takes off my makeup without a problem.

Yeah, unfortunately the same stuff doesn't work for everyone. Glad it worked for you though :)

I agree with MUFE mat velvet that stuff is a dream! Also I would recommend the hourglass primer with it and I set it with the tarte smooth operator setting powder and use model in a bottle setting spray over it - lasts all day long doesn't budge and oil is kept at a minimum.

Skincare: pevonia! I loved all their products. I've tried lots of brands over the years but this one sticks most
primers: this is awful I usually don't use one but when I do mac's natural radiance. When I'm really oily I use mac's oil control lotion. It disperses oil to the places your face is lacking, since I'm not all over oily this works well for me.
foundation: mac studio fix fluid is what I most commonly wear
powder: mac invisible (pro product)

My regimen at the moment. cover fx mattifying primer, NARS Luminous foundation, Laura Mercier Setting Powder. I keep my MAC studio fix in shade NW25 in my bag just in case I need a quick cover up (it's a powder foundation), oil blotting sheets, and my Revlon Prime+anti shine compact in my bag.

Other products I have used in the past that work fairly well- Rimmel stay matte (although I highly recommend setting with a loose powder), sephora's matte powder foundation, benefit hello flawless powder foundation. Also, Garnier clean+ blackhead eliminating scrub. I use that everyday and it is AWESOME.
