Yes it is cover girl. I tried it once but returned it because it wasnt my color. But I remember it was pretty good gave medium to full coverage but wasnt a matte foundation so if you have oily skin I wouldnt recommend (:

Yeah if you have oily skin this is not for you. It made me soooo greasy. I returned it.

My friend has normal to dry skin and she loves it. It's gives her a nice, natural dewy finish. Though, if you're super oily then it's going to look greasy on you :)
