I find that purples, navy, gold, and black really make my brown eyes stand out. There's not really a "technique" to make your eyes pop, it's just the colors you use (:

Greens, royal greens, sparkly greens ✨! This color makes your eyes look hazel, the different color contrast makes the brown look green also pop! (: Plus: adding white eyeliner on lower water lid, puts the icing on top! 😄
