Okay so my make is the right shade an all but it always looks really really white on the morning, I had a pale one before this, do you think I should was the sponge? thanks.

I'm sorry, I don't really understand your question. Are you saying your old foundation was too pale and now you're using the same sponge with a new foundation? If so, definitely wash the sponge or even replace it.
