Hey everyone,
I found this hair growth routine on the internet called the 'Inversion Method'. I've heard that it gives amazing results, so I started doing it yesterday because I want my hair to grow a little thicker.
Has anyone tried it out? Does it really work?
And also, if you have tired it out, I have a question- will it work if I do not use an oil when I massage scalp?
Thanks! xx

It doesn't work. If anyone tells you that it worked for them, that's not true. They either experienced the placebo effect or they were just straight up lying. It doesn't do anything but rush blood to your head and that's never good.

There's a time limit.
Obv if you do it for more than 3 mins, then you'll feel light headed. But taking breaks here and there doesn't hurt.
Some doctors have suggested something close to the placebo effect to help headaches. I perform it on my bed as I loosen up and let the blood rush to my head for about 2 mins or so, and bam! No headache and I'm more relaxed. It's only dangerous if you stay there lol
Just like eating too many donuts is dangerous.

It's a good thing with limitation.
It also keeps your face rejuvenated. But as long as you do it for 3 mins, you can do it here and there (:
