After I apply my foundation and concealer to my face, I look paler. Why? Are there any ways to make myself not look as pale?!? I know I have the right foundation shade. What is it?! Help!

Well it could be the wrong skin tone or you could be putting on to much, if you want you could use bronzer.

I don't think it's the right shade for you if it makes you look paler than what you are and there is a distinct difference between your neck / chest & face

Wearing foundation & concealer looks perfectly fine by itself once you wear it with the rest of you eye & lip makeup.
I use to do it all the time until I heard about highlighting and contouring.
make sure your foundation is the same color as your neck not face.
if you still think you look pale then apply some colors to your face by either highlighting and contouring or blush/bronzer.
