Just go to the drugstore and get a toner and use it as the directions say
Toner won't change your hair colour drastically, just even it all out

Ah right, thank you. Will I have to continuously use it? Or can I just use a toner once, then get my hair done like the pic above.

Toning your hair is a one Time thing usually! You don't have to keep doing it to get where you need to be, all you need is the right formula. You can go to Sally's or any beauty supplier near you and purchase a semi or Demi permanent hair color (her hair is not only one color, so don't go by the picture) her roots look like they are a level 7 where as the canvas through ends look like a level 8-9. If you're looking to get the color of her ends, you're looking for a
Semi or Demi hair color that is a
level 9 (it's safe to go lighter if you're unsure because you're using a deposit only color meaning it will not lighten your hair! You'll also need to have 10volume developer , preferably the same brand as the hair color. The cashier can help you out with finding these & they're all usually inexpensive. Most call for a 1:1 ratio meaning mix equal parts of the hair color with equal parts of the developer. If you're looking to get rid of the Orange, you're going to want to make sure the color you chose has a cool tone. violet is an example. Once you mix up the toner, you apply evenly all over hair like you would with hair color. Let it process for twenty minutes & rise with warm water until it runs clear. Hope this helped a little :)

You can use shimmer lights shampoo. I bleached my hair and got to a yellowish tint I didn't want to bleach my hair more because the last time it got damaged over time. I regularly wash my hair with shimmer lights purple shampoo it's been about two weeks my hair got ashy blonde. It's safe and effective.
