I have tried so many waterproof eyeliners and I can't keep any of them to last in my waterline, they run and start moving both corners of the eye. does anyone have any recommendations on how I can get this stay?

Very carefully set them with a little bit of eyeshadow that matches whatever color liner you're using (:

I use a cheap revlon color stay pencil. Have you tried it? It doesn't budge for me.

My favorite combo for this is the Rimmel scandal eyes eye kohl dipped in,maybeline Frankenstein black. that is like glue to my waterline, it never moves!!

It took me a while to go though my stash. Prestige khol, Loreal Intense, Rimmel scandal eyes, revlon colorstay pixie, Sephora, Jane, Urban decay, channel, mally, tarte. I even tried putting eyeshadow just like Alexis mentioned and it still smudges and runs out of my waterline. I am at my wits end I love how it make my eyes look but I just feel like after an hour or so I have to cleanup my inner and outer corners because it starts looking like a hot mess.

I had the same problem when tightlining (top water line) I couldn't get anything to stay on!
Then someone on here told me that she used the benefit push up liner, so I tried that! It's a bit difficult to apply but it last so much better then anything I have tried! I still find it can smudge a bit sometimes, but could be because I have very sensitive eyes so my eyes water a lot!

The best for me is urban decay 24/7 eyeliner in perversion, its a matter black and goes on really well, and I have habnt had any problems with it.

Dawn c., let us know how the gel works! Lancome waterproof doesn't work, so far urban decay 24/7 is the best I've come across but I still believe there is better out there.
