I'm going to dye my hair but I also need a trim. Should I cut it before I dye it or after I dye it?

Cut it after so you can get rid of damage (:

It really depends on how did your ins are because of your ins are extremely dead the hair dye will not take to your ends.

Dye it first so if your hair gets dry/damaged from the hair dye you can just cut it

I'm sure you could do it after but then it'd more than likely cause damage all over again from the hair dye so you'll end up having to trim it again sooner

Dye your hair and then cut it. If any damage is done while dying it, you can cut the damage off your ends, if you cut your hair and then dye it, you'll have to just cut even more off after you dye it because more damage is going to be on your ends from dying. But if you don't mind getting a lot chopped off then... yea.

I think dye first, because you can cut all the damaged stuff off after :)
