Okay so I have like dark brownish hair and I don't know which shade of blue would look nice the bottom or the top or maybe a mix of both?

I personally think the color on the top of her head would look amazing in an ombre. You can do more than one color though! Here hang on I have just the picture :)

I would go for the light color at the tips so you can keep your natural hair color but still add a little pop to it.

Splat is the worst dye, it takes forever to come out. I'd use ions dye.
