Maybe some dark eyeliner with a slight cat eye, some blush maybe some very light pink blush, and some pink lip gloss/lip stick , with mascara. But for hair I'm not very good with myself but, maybe a side messy fish tail braid will look nice! Your really pretty by the way!😋

You'd look so amazing with an ash toned brown to blonde ombré haha! But as for eyes I think some illuminating foundation and concealer would give you a really fresh faced look! Then just fill in your brows and stick to light eye shadow looks :)
