How can I achieve this look? My hair is bleached but just bleached blonde. What more can I do to get this whitish/silver look?

It looks very pretty! if you want to color it I suggest you get an ash tone and maybe treat it with a silvershampoo.

First you need to make sure your hair is white-blonde. A purple shampoo/conditioner/timer will do that if its bleached light enough. Any orangey, yellow or brassy patches won't take the color. Then, you can get silver toner from Sally's (they don't usually sell them at the drugstore). Good luck if you go for it, it's difficult to achieve but looks great!
