I'm like why are these on clearance!! They are much more pigmented than color tattoos and more smooth. Not so thick. I left them on my hand and went shopping and they stayed nicely so I will wear some out tonight and see how they hold up. I love the colors.

They come in a tube with a wand for easier application. Definitely check ulta in the clearance bins they are regularly $5 but even that is worth it imo.

They are very pigmented, but even with an amazing eyeshadow base they creased on me like no other. The sad thing is that I don't consider my kids very oily, and I generally don't have creasing problems so if you're very oily I don't recommend these much at all :/
