How to get rid of spots!!

Anyone know how to get rid of these fast? They haven't even come out fully but they're absolutely huge and I have a party tomorrow, does anyone have an ideas?

Those spots at the top of your lips? Does it feel like a cold sore?
You can't really get rid of things that big overnight

If they're cold sores then you can't really do anything to make them disappear overnight.

If they're breakouts then use a spot treatment like diluted tea tree oil to dry them out although they may not be 100% cleared up by tomorrow but it will help.

I agree with Alexis, tea tree oil is the best thing.
