Would (or have) you tried this mascara?

I was just wondering how popular this type of mascara was. It requires you to put fibres onto your lashes and seal them on 😮 sort of like fake eyelashes in a tube (well 2). I've tried searching the brand on here but beautylish can't seem to pull it up. I was a bit apprehensive myself but it's actually works wonders once you've really got the knack of using the product. So who here has tried this type of mascara and what's your feedback? 😊

I've heard of it but never tried it. What brand did you use?

I used Younique's. Looks like this ⬇️! It is really strange at first but now I'm addicted to it lol. Since I've only just had it a week I'm still coming to terms with it but it's rather fun seeing your results get better each time! I don't suppose you know how to see your followers do you? Recently just signed back into this and really confused by how it's changed 😊

Woah sounds cool, might check it out. how long does it last?

Lasts me all day. But rubbing your eyes is a big NO NO. Haha, where you from? 😊

I bought one like that from sephora for $40. I think it was called like 'better than fake lashes' or something like that. it works fine but you can't blink for LITERALLY the. first. ten. minutes. otherwise your too and bottom lashes will stick together. and if you touch the min anyway, all of your eye lashes will clump into like 5 big lashes.

the one you have seems to be more serious. like it would work better. how muc was it?

No way. This hurts my contacts just looking at it. It also almost always looks clumpy from what I see from the 900 sellers on facebook shoving the product down my throat lol.

Haha no worries Isabel. Yeah omg that sounds absolutely dreadful lol! It's $29 if you are from the You.S! Not had a problem with them sticking together if I'm honest. The transplanting gel dries quite fast. Which is also nice is that I don't get any around my eyes! If it isn't applied with care it can look dreadful though. Instant clumpiness and fibres everywhere! 😂 as long as you seal them in well it really does lengthen and thicken your lashes. Wipes off super easy when it comes to bed time too! 💁

Oh no, one of the fibers got inside my eye, and it was a b to get rid of it. My eye was super red and irritated for a week. I'd much rather layer mascaras or just put falsies on. That mascara was horrible to me

Kat I personally wouldn't recommend it if you have contacts. Falsies don't agree with my eye shape. Tend to always lift at edges! I find this mascara isn't too much of an inconvenience to me either. I find its all how you put it on which makes it work and prevents fibres going in your eyes! Ouch!

This sounds so amazing :) unfortunately I have lenses :/

It's okay for lenses but I would practice it without first of all, you need to really get the hang of it first as fibres can stray as with anything tho it's the technique that comes into play
