Concealer- maybelline fit me concealer it doesn't attatch to my dry patches
foundation- maybelline foundation the original, urban decay lightweight foundation, or the benfit hello flawless foundation it doesn't cling to dry patches

Depends on what kind of finish you're going for.
As far as foundation goes if you want a natural/slightly dewy look I'd for for the MUFE HD foundation.
Which will give you medium coverage.
If you want dewy skin go for MACs face & body which gives sheer to medium coverage.
As for concealers. If it's for blemishes I like MACs studio finish concealer. It's creamy and emollient plus it works well on my drier areas.
If it's for the under eye area a lot of people like the fit me concealer. I personally didn't like it though

If you struggle with dry skin, always go for a type of dewy finish. If you want a more affordable drug store product, Maybelline dream pure BB cream is great! I use it myself, and as far as name brand, I heard good things about makeup forevers new ultra hd foundation!

For my dry skin, I always look for natural or dewy foundations and concealers. Lots of thicker foundations cling to my dry patches so I use bb creams with light-medium coverage. My favorite is the Loreal Anti-Redness BB Cream. For concealer, I like the Maybelline Fit Me.
