I have the original 88 but I don't know why I feel that it's not very pigmented. how do you get it so pigmented?

I'll use a primer and thn I'll use a NYX base. on this look I used the nude looking base but when I do more vibrant looks I'll use the white base.

Yes MG at NR you can buy, UD liquid liners for $4 and Laura mercier product's as low as $13 Too faced product's as low as $2 Bobbi brown brush set of 4 brushes was like $30, bliss, Stila, Smash box the list goes on, that place is awesome for good finds and this will help you build your kit.:) I'm a bargain shopper I'll find it and that's why I don't rack up my points at sephora I find it at other places lol Also check to see if there is a cosmetics whole sale store in your area and a Estee lauder outlet cosmetics company store.
