So I got this new top the other day as a gift, and think it's adorable but I have no clue what bottoms to wear with it! any suggestions??

I'd wear a high waisted body con skirt with it in white or cream (can't tell in the pic) Or with skinny jeans.

I'd go with high waisted white shorts to bring out the white in the top and I agree high heels could really dress it up :-)
