Hey loves, I'm thinking about getting a nose piercing but I really know nothing about the process of piercing and the pros and cons of it. How it done? How long does it take? Does it hurt? How long before I can change it? Do you think I'd look good with one?

There's really is no cons for it.
at least for me there wasn't.
from a 1-10 it was a 0 haha, no exaggeration.
I didn't feel it but everyone has a different pain tolerance.
it's done with a needle and make sure they don't do it with a gun.
I changed it after three weeks with no problem because I'm impatient lol but it's usually 3 months or something like that before you can change it.
how long does the piercing process take? It took about 10 seconds with my piercer.

Thanks. My only thing is I think I look a little too good girly. Do you think a nose piercing would look weird?

I'm with Les on this, mine hardly hurt either the only thing that hurt me was when she put the hoop through but other than that it was completely fine :) I haven't even changed mine and I've had mine for about a year now. I wasn't sure either if it would suit me but now I can't see myself with out it lol. One of the best piercings I've got :)

Ok, thanks so much. Where did you get yours?

You're welcome :) Well I'm from Leeds (UK) so I got mine done in town, didn't really cost that much either. People also say that you have to get a stud and then switch to hoop if you want a hoop but I got a hoop put in straight away. I find it easier to clean :)

Just go to a piercing shop and do your research before you go.

I think a nose piercing would look super cute on you. I had my done about 2-3 months ago and haven't changed it yet but will do soon. It cost £20 (I'm in the UK). Personally, mine hurt. A lot. I didn't think it would hurt that much and certainly not as much as my rook piercing - but it did! It was over quick however and just felt a bit bruised for a few hours after. You should do it!!

I don't think they will (and shouldn't) do it unless you have a parent with you. If you ring round a few places first they should be able to tell you. Good luck!

I think almost everyone looks good with it! You just need to decide where you want it as far as placement is concerned. I started out always wearing a stud, but then I switched to a gold hoop.
