Okay so I was looking at some old pictures of myself in high school I completely forgot that I'm grade 9 I thought it looked really good to only use cover up on my face that was way way way too dark I can't believe I thought that looked good :-)) so it got me thinking I can't be the only one who has made makeup mistakes so tell us about yours no judgement I promise.

I used colorful cream shadows and I would only apply one color on the lid, but I wouldn't blend it out.

When I first started to wear make up I was 12. At 12 I mostly just used mascara a bit of "liner" (eyebrow pencil :S) on my water line and clear gloss. So one day I'm shopping and I decide to start wearing foundation...I head over to the revlon stand and test all these foundations until I find the "perfect" shade. I go home really proud of myself and feeling really grown up. Bear in mind that I am mixed race(black&white), medium-tan olive skin tone...I looked like caspar the ghost. I was SO pale but I thought that I was the shhhh-. When my mum saw me she was horrified and thought that I was sick.

In 7th grade, I wore nothing but powder (which was sooo obvious), in 8th grade I wore liquid foundation (one that did not work well for my skin type) and crayon eyeliner(I tightlined it around my eyes. It am made eyes look so small lol) And I didn't start wearing mascara until high school, I was freaked out by it lol. Now I do the whole shabang :)

Omg! Julie that is too funny!
I was a cake face. I thought it was okay to put liquid products over powder. And I kept layering them throughout the day lol

In 6th grade when I first started wearing makeup (kinda; end of 5th to be exact), I only wore powder and my skin was so dry and flakey. (not a good look)
In 7th grade on picture day, I thought it would be cute to cake on aS much makeup as possible. I was seriously soooooo Orange and I wore a cherry red lip 😂 now that photo is a keeper!

Lol yaya ^ I had so many friends that did their makeup like that! And I tried it once too but never really liked lip liner (even now I rarely wear it) but I grew up in junior high during the grunge era and I was in Washington state where it all started so everyone had the dark thick black eyeliner on only the bottom lash line and that was like my go to look every day with lip gloss because a popular girl in school told me it looked good! Haha the things I used to try to do to be popular :P so glad I'm passed that phase.

Oh my god, I have blue eyes so for some reason when I was 14 I thought wearing all blue eye makeup was the way to go...blue eyeshadow (just 1 shade), blue eye liner and blue mascara. can't believe I thought it looked good.

Haha I used to use a foundation like 2 shades darker than my skin and I would layer it on over powder! I also used to use maroony colored eye shadow and I would blend it well.. except it looked like I had bruised eyes lol.. another thing that I did wrong was use a black eye liner on the bottom waterline, I would never ever doo that again.

WetnWild lipstick in this frosty pink shade...when their lippies were.99 a piece and in white packaging with a clear top. It was far too cool toned for my skintone and translated almost white but you couldn't tell me nothing in 7th grade...I thought I was lookin' hot. Not!!lol.
