What are your thoughts and opinions on this? It was advertised on HSN and my mil gave me a few of the products including a powder illuminator.

You are in for a treat! That powder illuminator is a serious multi-tasking product. Not only can you use it a traditional highlighter but you can also use it on the eyes and lips (topped over a clear gloss). A natural hair fluffy brush is ideal if using as facial highlighter because it's easy to go overboard since it's so concentrated. The brand focuses on natural Chinese herbal medicine to create natural products. They are more known for their skincare but their cosmetic collection is pretty nice too.
