So my beauty blender needs cleaning bad! But I don't have the cleanser that goes for it. But I seen you can use face wash and easy cleaner like that I have the cetaphil face wash or would it be better to use the sephora make up brush cleanser?

I could be wrong, but I feel like the Cetaphil might be a little too heavy for the beauty blender. Your brush cleanser should do fine.

The fastest, most effective, and least product-wasting way to clean a beauty blender is by using a soap bar. Simply rub the blender against the wet soap bar and all the extra product will come off. I swear by this!
