Urgent!! Outfit help!!

Guysssss tomorrow is my moms birthday and we're going to a nice dinner and we're going to the Getty museum and I have no clue what to wear! I don't have any dressed (my only one shrunk) and I really am not fee like good about my body and so I don't really want to wear a skirt or short sleeve shirt and aghhhhh I really need help guys D:
