Well its good you made an appointment just to be on the safe side...honestly though children tend to run hotter then you and I...my little girl is 4 and while I'll be not sticky she will be...do you have the air conditioner on or just a fan? She is probably just waking up too hot

I would just let her continue sleeping in her diaper and maybe not cover her up so much with a blanket (if you do). My daughter is 9 and my son is 7 and they still get sweaty at night. It could also be because she sleeps with you and your hubby. Body heat from others while sleeping will also make her hot.

My little guy is two and he only sleeps in his underwear because he gets hot and he sleeps with just a sheet to cover up with and when he was a baby he slept in a diaper

Bare in mind cotton sheets woukd breath better any waterproof matres protectors will increase sweating both body heats if you snd your husband could raise her temperature take her temperature regularly if nit higher than 37oc then the doctor won't have any medical issues I can't imagine. Try getting 100% cotton pjs it may help her little skin breath better and be a bit fresher night sweats is common and not harmful bearing in mind as long as the temp isnt to high paracetamol also helps however take into account the correct dose fir her age

Use a cotton sheet for her rather than a big blanket or comforter. Children run hotter, and having her in bed with two adults will keep her plenty warm. My two y.o. Runs super hot and sleep in a diaper with the fan and ac and kicks off her blankets. Lol. Just what they do.

Before bed give her a bath and after drying her apply baby powder on her body.
