What does everyone use to cowash?

Whatever conditioner I have on hand to be honest but I also like As I Am cowash.

As I am, Pantene natural co-wash and Aussie moist.

I use natural ingredients like avocados bananas and coconut oil, it does leave a smell so I have to use regular conditioners afterwards but it has grown my hair and leaves it soft and healthy. Hope this helps!
