I want to be able to wax myself at home like the pros to save myself tons of cash. I wax every 2 to 3 weeks spending around 100 every time. also what is a good hard wax to purchase..the kind that you don't need paper.

I don't know much about it, but Sally's Beauty Supply has a whole aisle dedicated to waxing. Maybe you could check their stuff out online first?

I just went to Sally's beauty supply today and bought the Gigi hard wax for body, and they also have other waxes for face also! I know what you mean by it's so expensive to go have it done!

They sell warmers. All the products I use are purchased from Industry source or the company's website, both which need a cosmetology license but I do believe sallys sells hard wax. What areas are you using the hard wax for? Is there a reason you only want hard wax?

Face maybe even legs...I don't think I could do my own brazilian (too chiken)... I prefer hard wax because it isnt that messy and in my opinion it removes hair better.

Ok, because hard wax doesn't necessarily work any better than soft wax, it just depends on the brands you're using. I used to prefer hard wax but I've found soft waxes that work better and I can work much faster with soft wax. For you, that shouldn't be a factor since you're just doing it on yourself. Like I said I don't want to suggest brands from Stores you can't purchase so I'm not much help there but I'd definitely go into Sallys and discuss with someone your hair type, body parts you'll be waxing and hopefully they can point you in the right direction. Be cautious of the pre and post products sometimes packaged with their waxes though, I've found many of them to be atrocious for the skin. I do my Brazilians even though I can get all my waxing services done free at my job lol I pull myself a glass of wine and get started! lol.
