Since ibe been out from school for winter breakk ibe been havinq my hair tied back alittle bit to hard in a bun is thiz bad for my hair growth!????

I have heard it is, you should at least leave it down or in a looser but at night to let it rest

If you have your hair in a ponytail or bun often, it can cause hair breakage.
