Winter is coming soon and that means dry skin. Do any of you beauties have a recommendation for a foundation that won't highlight any of the dryness? I'd prefer to keep the price under 35$

Born this way or Nars tinted moisturizer. The tinted moisturizer actually has really good coverage and is hydrating.

Mac Face and Body Foundation is pretty good.
I tend to splurge on my foundation since it's the base. Both Laura Mercier tinted moisturizer and Tarte tinted moisturizer are amazing!( they both cost around $42)

Make up Forever face and Body is my go to. Its water based and doesn't move! I have to direct traffic every morning for 2 to 3 hours and I have sweated and gotten poured on and it didn't even crease or even move off of my face.
Another favorite is RCMA (Its $18.00 on Beautylish). Its about 50% pigment and covers everything! It looks so much like skin that you won't notice you have it on the first time you apply it. There is a learning curve to it, though if you do decide to purchase it MUA Kevin James Bennett does a in depth tutorial on it.
YSL touche eclat is also stunning! It offers nice coverage and a beautiful glow.
