Dress for University Graduation?

I've recently finished my Bachelor of Nursing course (finally!!) and graduation is in 2 weeks. I still haven't picked out a dress because I don't know what kind of dress to wear for a graduation! So I need quick help, haha.

Any suggestions or examples of graduation-appropriate dresses??

I love @Hailey's idea of a midi sheath. Try a jewel tone with subdued embellishments (try J.Crew?) but try Asos and Shopstyle.com for other ideas. xx

Something knee length and fitted and something you don't mind having a safety pin through so you can pin the hood of your gown to your dress, for mine I wore a turquoise knee length tulip style dress with black tights and heels, don't forgot a couple of Bobby pins so you can pin your mortar board on,they slip very easily
