I have combination skin. My skin is really dry in some places (so dry it makes bb cream look cakey, plus my skin flakes off...) but it's extremely oily in other places. Every foundation I've tried looks cakey and dull. I also have acne and redness and acne scarring, so it would need to be medium-full coverage. Thank you!

Try a bb cream after using moisturizer designed for your skin type. Then if your blemishes are still obvious use concealer. Another option I'd bare minerals. I'd recommend you use their entire face system. Prime Time primer. original foundation, concealer, and mineral veil.

I have a similar skin type to you and every foundation that has worked for me are: Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Foundation, Maybelline Dream Liquid Foundation, and Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation :) The first 2 are drugstore priced at about $6-8. Estee Lauder is High end and priced around $45. Estee Lauder is by far my favorite, and the second best for me is The first Maybelline one I mentioned :) Xx
