Lorac Pro palettes are exactly what you're looking for! They have an even amount of shimmer and matte shades (unless you get the Pro Metal or Pro Matte palettes) and the pigmentation is absolutely perfectly. They are long wearing (at least with my primer they are, which is the Lorac Behind The Scenes Eye Primer), and they blend so smoothly and easily (:

I agree with Alexis!! I love the Lorac Pro palette! The naked 1 palette is also very nice! The too faced chocolate bar eye palette and tbh any too faced palette! The NARSissts palette by nars. The smash box full exposure palette and the one in travel size!
