Just confused about when to use bronzer or contour? I, under the impression that bronzer usually has some sparkle or sheen so I wouldn't want to contour with it.

Bronzer is meant to add a sun kissed look to the skin so it's warm toned, sometimes with shimmer and sometimes not. Contour is meant to create shadows to add dimension to the face so it's cool toned and matte. You would use bronzer when you want to add some color to your skin and your would use contour to add shadows and dimension to your face.

Yeah what I think is you contour with a matte cool toned brown on the hollows of you cheek, then what I like is using the bronzer as a gradient for the blush. So I place it between the contour and the blush. And on top of your cheekbones the highlight. Hope I helped :)
