Hi, I'm having trouble finding a style for my eyes to match my homecoming dress and lipstick. The palettes I'm working with are limited to the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar and Naked 😂 I'll attach a picture of my lipstick and hair idea, but here's my dress. Any help would be super appreciated!

I would do the eyes like the one at the dress picture but another lipstick something brownish, but the hair looks great!

I like the lip color choice, it goes with the pop of color the flowers add in the dress! I would keep the eyes simple, like a neutral eye with winged liner (:

I think that hairstyle is really pretty but would work better for a strapless dress. I think pinning it back more instead of the loose parts in the front, would make it not so overwhelming with that print and neckline. Maybe more like this...
