I agree that just because it doesn't specify that it's a primer it can't be used as one if your skin calls for it. I can definitely see a dryer skin type using it a a primer while someone with more oily skin, such as myself, uses their regular primer followed by the Strobe Cream to add a glow just where they want it (:

This is me earlier wearing the Strobe cream. I have oily/combo aging skin and it doesn't cause me to turn into a grease ball.

Hi what makeup should I buy in USA ( Denver)?

I will be buying from drugstore.

I am 23 years old, had never used any makeup, but now my skin has started loosing tightness , wrinkles have come around eyes, I am scared what is happening to me., it has become dull, tanning is there though I never go out in sun.
earlier my skin used to be radiant, fresh.
