What colors would you suggest for a party, when wearing a blue dress? eyes (small eyes) are brown, hair - dark brown/black.

There is so much you can do.
neutral and nude colors always work, with everything!
You could also keep the eyes very subtle and use a blue eyeliner that matches the dress to smoke out your lower lash line.
You can also go all out and do a beautiful smokey eye, with some blue in it.
Nice nude lips and pumps hehe :-)

I think you should get some nude wedges maybe with some gold and gold accessories! you could curl your hair and then just regular makeup, unless you want to spice it up which then you could use red lipstick. I wouldn't recommend liner I have small eyes and so it makes them look even smaller. just use mascara and light colors on the lid and dark in the corner, it will make your eye look bigger. hope this helped!
