Yes I would highly recommend checking out matte liquid lipsticks, they can be drying, but they're much matter than most lipsticks and stay on so much better because they dry onto your lips. I would personally choose ABH over lime crime as I do not support that company but I've recently been very impressed by the dose of colours ones so definitely check them out

Colorpop has some really good matte ones. they have the regular lipie stix as well as liquid lipsticks. they are inexpensive and good.

Elf has a few matte lip pencils. I have Wine and it's a lovely berry color. Lol just if you wanted an inexpensive option.
