Hello everyone so I have a winter ball coming up and was planning on wearing this dress from top shop sorry it's not the greatest pic, I included a picture of my hair could you give me ideas of what to do with my hair and what makeup I should do as well? I have very light features: pale face, green eyes and blonde eyebrows, thanks :)
