I have very dry skin on my t-zone - most likely because i live in Canada and the weather is really cold here as of now. When i finish my makeup routine I always end up with caked up flakes ALL over my t-zone, it looks gross and i can't rid of them unless i take off my makeup!-which i need to cover my blemishes. I don't even wear a fair amount of makeup and I don't know how to prevent this and what products i should start using instead! I need good advice!? (Products I use; aveeno daily moisturizer, Laura Mercier light wieght flawless tinted moisturizer, drugstore tube concealer, and powder)

What's your cleanser? If it foams, that's your problem right there. I also have über dry skin, and foam is not your friend. I normally use a cream cleanser, but switched to oil cleanser for the winter. Oil cleansing has made a huge difference.
Also, you might want to beef up your moisturizer. When your skin is dry, you can never put on too much moisture.
I did a post recently about tips and products I use to survive the winter. You might want to check it out.
