How to fill in eyebrows.

I really want to learn how to do my eyebrows like this, and fill them in correctly. But I'm having a hard time.

It's easiest to use a powder not a pencil and just go underneath the eyebrow and do the shape (do it lightly) and just then fill your eyebrows in and at the tail of the eyebrow use an angled brush and do like a wing or whatever it's called, it takes practice but try this

I use anastasia Beverly Hills pomade in medium brown. I start from the bottom of eyebrow from the outer end, fill the tail, and then whatever is left over on the brush I start filling in the first half. I set it with clear gel, then when I'm done I take a little bit of concealer and use a detailed brush and start applying it under the brow bone to make it look crisp!
