So, here's the deal. I have straight, fine hair that is impossible to manage. Growing it out is just making it look limp and stringy as well. I would love to cut it shorter, but I don't exactly know where it would best, and less stringy than it does now. Suggestions?

I think a shoulder length bob with choppy layers at the bottom, it'll give your hair more movement and make it look a little fuller.
