My favorite setting powder for my skin is the Laura Mercier Translucent Setting Powder! My skin is technically combo, but I spend ALL DAY at school in the most humid environment ever. I'm not kidding. My face used to feel sticky and sweaty the whole day. I used to use the MUFE HD Setting Powder, and the Laura Mercier is leagues better.
As for reviews, the only thing I've used is the Beauty Blender! I really enjoy mine, but I've never tried any of the cheaper alternatives so I don't know how it compares. When my BB reaches the end of its life I'll probably purchase a dupe just to check it out, but I'd certainly buy the BB again if the dupe wasn't as good. :)

KVD & MUFE make some really great products, so you can't go wrong with those! the Lock It foundation is amazing for people with oily skin. I personally didnt like how super thick it was, but that's just a personal preferance. I havent tried it, but I've heard her setting spray is to die for!
as for the beauty blender, you could honestly save yourself the $20 & buy a bunch of them from any drug store. there is no difference between a Beauty Blender & any other regular makeup sponge.

I love the Kat Von d products, that setting spray is my all time favorite. My favorite setting powder is RCMA no color powder, and it's pretty cheap!
