It would look nice silver. But you'd have to bleach all the pigment out of it. It would be very damaging, very expensive and hard to maintain. I think an ashy blonde would look good without tons of effort and you wouldn't have to bleach it completely out of pigment.

Golden blonde, copper red, caramel brown.
Basically anything with orangey tones which will contrast with the blue of your eyes and make them stand out more

I find if you go darker in depth of color compared to your eyes, it'll contrast more especially with the right tone so I'd go a more light caramel brown

My hair is already and ashy blonde and I am planning on doing blonde after awhile but I am really wanting an unnatural color for this semester. I'm definitely leaning more towards silver or white. Money and upkeep won't be an issue as I'd probably leave my root color (dark brown) so I can still grow my hair.

I have a friend who had really blue eyes too, and she has dark chocolate brown hair that makes her eyes look so bright and blue and it contrasts beautifully with fair skin :)

Try a grey at first and as you get closer to your tip die it blue but the same blue as your eye.
