What is/are the best way to mosturize cuticles and nails? Oils, maybe? I have Burts Bees cuticle cream - would that help? Thanks!

Weirdly enough olive oil works amazing also just simple hair condisher put the hair condisher on your nails before bed and then just put on a pair of plastic gloves.

I really liked Sally Hansen's nail strengtheners. they worked well for me!
