1 cm is a pretty normal growht - So if your hair didnt grow that before it has absolutely helped your hair all the things you have been doing :) Not wearing extensions and not dying your hair also help a lot :)

I have had the super long hair and cut it now its a little longer then shoulder lenght and I'm not sure I want it longer. I feel like really long hair makes me look shorter. It also very easy gets a "dead" look.

But its always fun to try the long long hair!

That is awesome! this happened to me as well with my bangs I cut them kinda short and before I knew a couple weeks after they had grown so much! I didnt do anything to it tho lol.
