No it's not too much. And by looking at your picture it looks like you filled in your right eyebrow. I think your natural brows are very pretty!

I personnaly would add a pair of false eyelashes. nothing dramatic but something to complete and polish the look.

Its not iwould jst blend it out some so you dnt see the line with the brown eye shadow.. the eyeliner is perfect

Thank you all for the tips! And yes @ericag, I did this myself. I know it is very bottom-heavy, but It looked a lot more cohesive with the bottom eyeliner than it did without it.
