Best Top Coat For Nails.

I need a good top coat that won't smear my nail polish when I do designs with multiple colors. The top coat I have just smears the colors and messes up the designs so does anyone have any suggestions?

Yess. I use Sally Hanson insta-dry anti chip! I loveee it. I never used to be able to paint my nails because they wouldn't dry and I'd mess them up but this stuff is like 4 dollars at any drugstore, Walmart or target and it instantly sets your nail color. be careful for a little while but it dries so much faster!!
