I've tried so many types of dieting techniques but none ever work for me. I work out ten hours a week but can't seem to get fit. What are the best dieting techniques?

Eating vegetables helps too.
Also, shy away from salt. A little is okay, but too much can be unhealthy and can cause plaque buildup in veins, I do believe. Salt also makes your digestive system act weird too. Anyways, too much salt is bad.

Eat lean proteins ( egg, fish, poultry, beef etc), food that contains less sugar and carbohydrates. exercise 30 mins a day. drink upto 8-10 glasses of water daily and eat plenty of vegetables. initially avoid very sweet fruits but as you start losing weight you can add fruits to your diet. eat granola bars as snacks, plain popcorn, carrots , cucumber. also avoid starchy food such as rice and pasta and white bread. you can still get away with all bran bread.

Don't set too many goals at one time. Start slowly and progress. It'll be so much easier and worth it than to set yourself up for failure. For example, cut out soda. After a week, see if you can cut out your favorite potato chips.

Get a calorie tracker on your mobile device and set a decent amount of calories to stay within:) also eat five small meals a day with regular healthy snacks! Water (especially warm) is advised to drink before meals as it can fill you up:)
