What is a good high end or drugstore powder !?

I'm in serious need of a new powder! My skin is combination my t zone is oily and the rest is dry ! I don't get a lot of acne so I don't want something that is going to cause me to get acne. It's doesn't matter if its expensive or not I just want something that would take care of my skin and wouldn't make my skin oily !
