BB Cream w/ Smash Box primer

I wear a BB Cream daily but I have red skin on parts of my face, so I have to use additional make up to cover it up. I want to buy the green primer from SmashBox, but don't know when to apply it, before or after moisturizer. Anyone have suggestions?

Tinted primers always should go on first! However since you are using a BB Cream and not a thick foundation, use a light touch with the primer at first, as some of the green can show through. I haven't tried the Smashbox, but I love Makeup Forever's green primer.
