I agree with Payton. Your young and should be in no rush towards makeup, if your comfortable enough to wear it. Start off with a neutral eyeshadow maybe black or brown liner pencil and lip gloss and maybe mascara but you might wanna check with your parents first lol

No liner. Bronzer or pale blush,mascara and a good gloss. Remember to always buy makeup remover wipes and to take it off at night and wash your face. Ask your mom if this is all ok too :) let your natural beauty shine

Well i started at 13 but it was very little mascara, eyeliner on the waterline & clear gloss that was it actually i didnt wear much makeup till i got out of high school i would say around 17 i started using makeup eyeshadow & all that.

I don't wear a lot of makeup and never have, I've always felt like if I put on makeup and wear it frequently, I'll get so used to seeing myself with makeup on and would see myself as ugly if I didn't wear makeup one day. At this point in time I can go anywhere with no makeup on and feel confident. That's just my story but you should start wearing it when you feel comfortable. (:

whenever your parents and you yourself are ok with it then your ready to go.
I would start off with black or brown mascara and lip products. then get into the more in depth makeup.
dont get overwhelmed by large makeup collection videos on youtube.
if you are starting new and don't know how to go about it, watch bubzbeauty's "beginners makeup kit" on youtube. it really helped me for when I first started with makeup. :)
